Brief Biography 

Grown up in Nenjiang, a small town of Northeast China and he had his college education in Changchun. Worked in Shenyang for several years, where he met his wife and got married before came to the states in 1998. He has one daughter who was born in Cookeville, Tennessee.

Research Interests 

Research interest: software engineering in general with emphasis on software dependency, software reuse, software maintenance, and open-source development.
